Chicago Women’s Rink Skate Review
Recently I bought the Chicago Women’s Rink Skate and roller skates for my children. While I taught them how to make me remember how much I really loved to skate as a child. I am 35 years old and “crooked”, and I do not think that my ankle can handle the sled. Plus I love the retrospect of these shoes. Exactly as I did as a child. The only difference is the color wheel. These are pale-pink roses – not warm, orangy pink in one of the images. In addition, some photos show the heel as black, however, mine came to light brown.
I wear a 9 shoe size and ordered the 8 on the basis of other reviews. I’m so glad I did it, because 8 is almost perfect, if not a little, big. Back wheels are not as easy as I remember from 25 years ago, it was good for someone who is like me, who wants to take things slowly.
Design quite sturdy. I was a little worried about how well they can handle my “curves”, but I felt more comfortable on them. I am delighted with the my buying and planing on spending a lot of time skating with children, as well as outside around our house and on the road once used to be mobile.
